WestMercer Partners assists entrepreneurs and their companies to take their ideas or businesses to the next level.  We are a small number of successful entrepreneurs and businessmen who have many years of experience as "C" level operators in large and small companies.  We have built and sold start-up ventures, acquired companies as Divisional Managers of publicly traded companies, turned failing businesses around and raised capital from venture, private equity and banking institutions. 

We believe that most entrepreneurial ventures require access to senior human capital every bit as much as financial capital.  We understand that it is often not needed on a full-time basis, but must still be capable of making an immediate impact.  If your business is stuck at its current level, if you need new perspectives on solving persistent problems or assistance in completing short-term projects, we may be able to help.  We are interested in partnering with businesses that need help and where our help can substantially improve results and add value. 

While we will occasionally work on a traditional consulting basis, our preferred approach is to take a significant portion of our fee in equity.  We believe in our ability to help, we know help is often most needed when it is least affordable, and we are most excited when we can help build long-term value instead of short-term results.
